At RS WHOLESALERS LTD, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping across the UK. We work with trusted third-party couriers and freight providers, including PalletWays & Haulable, to deliver orders efficiently and safely.
1. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Times
📍 Where We Ship:
We currently ship box orders to mainland UK only.
For pallet orders, we ship to mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship box orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time:
Box Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Standard Pallet Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Northern Ireland Pallet Delivery: Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and location.
Express Options: May be available on selected orders. Please contact us before purchasing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity, delivery location, and external factors.
2. Shipping Costs
💰 Box Orders:
All boxes include free UK mainland shipping. This applies to our clothing boxes, mystery boxes and other boxed stock products.
💰 Pallet Orders:
Standard mainland UK pallet delivery is charged at £80 per pallet.
Pallet delivery to Northern Ireland is charged at £120 per pallet.
Bulk pallet orders may be eligible for a custom delivery quote. Please contact us before placing a bulk order.
🚨 Important: Additional charges may apply for remote areas, special delivery requirements, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping details.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
📦 Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
📲 Tracking Your Order:
Once dispatched, box orders and pallet orders can be tracked using the details provided in your shipping confirmation email.
For pallet deliveries, tracking may be provided through PalletWays, Haulable, or another trusted freight provider.
4. Delivery Guidelines & Receiving Your Pallet
🔹 Pallet delivery is kerbside only, meaning the driver will drop the pallet outside your address, not inside a building.
🔹 Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as couriers may not redeliver without an additional charge.
🔹 Inspect your pallet upon arrival. If there are any visible issues or damage, this must be reported within 24 hours.
5. Missed Delivery & Redelivery Charges
🚨 If no one is available to receive the pallet and a redelivery is required, additional charges may apply. Ensure you provide accurate contact details and availability at checkout.
6. Damaged or Missing Orders
Although we work with trusted couriers, issues can occasionally happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, you must:
- Take clear photos of the parcel or pallet before unwrapping or opening where possible.
- Contact us within 24 hours at rswholesalers24@gmail.com with your order details and photos.
If your order appears to be missing or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
