RS WHOLESALERS LTD – Returns & Refund Policy

At RS WHOLESALERS LTD, we supply wholesale, clearance, mystery, overstock and resale stock at discounted prices. Our products are sold as wholesale/resale stock lots, meaning they are intended for customers who understand that boxes and pallets may include mixed sizes, styles, brands, categories and resale potential.
By placing an order with RS WHOLESALERS LTD, you confirm that you understand the nature of wholesale and resale stock, and you agree to the terms below.
1. Clothing Boxes
Our clothing boxes contain new clothing items only.
Clothing boxes are not sold as customer return stock. They may include mixed sizes, mixed brands, mixed styles, duplicate items, seasonal stock, end-of-line stock, overstock, clearance stock, or items with damaged/missing retail packaging or tags.
Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, we do not guarantee specific brands, sizes, styles, colours, categories, resale values or profit margins.
Product images, videos and descriptions are provided as examples or guidance only and may not represent the exact items you will receive.
2. Mystery Boxes, Pallets & Other Wholesale Stock
Mystery boxes, pallets and other wholesale stock may vary depending on the product purchased and the description shown on the product page.
Depending on the listing, these products may include a mixture of:
- Brand-new items
- Overstock
- Clearance stock
- End-of-line stock
- Customer returns
- Ex-display stock
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
- Mixed sizes, colours, styles, brands or categories
- Duplicate items
- Seasonal or older stock
Please check the individual product description before purchasing, as the type of stock can vary between products.
3. No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of wholesale, clearance, mystery and resale stock, we do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because:
- You do not like the items received
- You expected different brands, sizes, styles or categories
- You are unhappy with the mix of stock
- You change your mind after ordering
- You decide the items are not suitable for your resale platform
- You do not achieve the resale value or profit you expected
- You received duplicate items
- Packaging is damaged, missing or not retail-perfect
- Items require sorting, steaming, preparation, listing or resale work
All boxes and pallets are sold as mixed stock lots. We cannot guarantee profit, resale speed, specific resale values, specific brands, exact sizing, exact product types or exact item combinations unless clearly stated in writing before purchase.
4. Box Item Counts
Where a box is advertised as containing a specific number of items, or a minimum number of items, we aim to ensure this is checked before dispatch.
If you believe your box is missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rswholesalers24@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of all items received
- Photos of the box and packaging
- A full list or count of the items received
We may ask for further evidence where required. If we confirm an item count error has occurred, we may resolve this by sending missing items, offering store credit, or providing another appropriate solution at our discretion.
5. Boux Avenue / Underwear / Lingerie Boxes
Boux Avenue boxes contain underwear, lingerie and/or intimate apparel.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, Boux Avenue boxes, underwear boxes, lingerie boxes and any other boxes containing intimate garments cannot be returned once delivered, opened or handled, unless there is a genuine issue that cannot legally be excluded.
This is because intimate garments are not suitable for resale once they have left our control and been opened, handled or inspected by the customer.
6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, is materially different from what was advertised, or there is a genuine issue with the order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at rswholesalers24@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the parcel, box or pallet before fully opening where possible
- Clear photos of any damage or issue
- A description of the problem
We will review the issue and respond with the next steps.
Please note that for wholesale, clearance, mystery and resale stock, mixed sizing, mixed brands, duplicate items, damaged packaging, missing retail packaging, seasonal stock, older stock, or items requiring resale preparation will not usually be treated as faults unless the product listing specifically stated otherwise.
7. Pallets
All pallets are sold as wholesale stock lots. Pallets may include mixed goods, customer returns, overstock, clearance stock, damaged packaging, incomplete packaging and untested items unless stated otherwise.
We do not offer refunds or returns on pallets because you are unhappy with the mix, expected different items, expected a certain resale value, or did not make the profit you hoped for.
If a pallet is severely damaged in transit or does not arrive, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery so we can investigate with the courier.
8. Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or collected, it cannot usually be cancelled.
If you need to request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at rswholesalers24@gmail.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will depend on whether the order has already been processed.
9. Collections
Where an order is collected from our business location, the customer is responsible for checking the order before leaving where possible.
Once collected, we cannot accept returns or refund requests due to change of mind, expected resale value, product mix, sizing, brands or suitability for resale.
