1. PROMOTER
The promoter is RS WHOLESALERS LTD ("RS Wholesalers", "we", "us").
This promotion is operated independently by RS Wholesalers.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of RS Wholesalers and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion.
RS Wholesalers may request proof of age, identity or eligibility before awarding the prize.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The prize draw opens on 1 October 2026.
Entries close at 11:59pm on 30 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
The winner will be selected on 31 October 2026.
4. PRIZE
There is one prize available:
1 x RS Wholesalers Women's Clothing Box containing 50+ brand new women's clothing items.
The advertised retail price of the box is £170.
The contents of RS Wholesalers clothing boxes vary and the exact brands, styles, colours, sizes and individual items received cannot be guaranteed.
Images used to advertise the prize may be representative of the type of stock available and may not show the exact items received by the winner.
Standard UK delivery of the prize is included.
There is no cash alternative.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product or credit.
5. PAID ENTRY
Entrants may purchase entries through the RS Wholesalers website.
Each successfully completed Prize Draw Entry purchased represents one entry into the draw.
Where multiple entries are purchased, each entry will be entered separately into the draw.
Orders which are cancelled, refunded, charged back or identified as fraudulent before the draw may be removed from the prize draw.
6. FREE ENTRY
A purchase is not necessary to participate.
Entrants may enter for free by post.
To submit a free postal entry, clearly write the following information:
• Full name
• Full postal address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• "Women's Clothing Box Prize Draw"

Each free postal entry must be submitted separately.
Each correctly completed postal entry will receive the same number of entries as one paid online entry.
Postal entries must be received before the closing date.
RS Wholesalers is not responsible for postal entries which are lost, delayed, damaged, incorrectly addressed or received after the closing date.
Standard First or Second Class postage may be used.
Paid and free entries will be treated equally when selecting the winner.
7. ENTRY RULES
Paid online entries cost £5 per entry.
Each £5 paid gives the entrant one entry into the Prize Draw.
Entrants may purchase multiple entries and there is no maximum number of paid entries available unless RS Wholesalers introduces a reasonable per-customer purchase limit before the promotion begins.
There is no predetermined total number of entries that must be sold for the Prize Draw to take place.
The Prize Draw will close at 11:59pm on 30 October 2026 regardless of the number of entries received.
The prize will remain the advertised Women's Clothing Box worth £170 regardless of the number of paid entries received.
A free postal entry route is also available.
Each valid free postal entry receives one entry into the same Prize Draw and is treated equally to one £5 paid entry when the winner is selected.
8. WINNER SELECTION
Following the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from all valid paid and free entries.
The draw will use a verifiably random selection process or will otherwise be conducted in accordance with applicable promotional marketing requirements.
Every valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number associated with their entry.
RS Wholesalers will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
The winner may be required to provide information necessary to verify their identity, age and eligibility and to arrange delivery of the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or does not respond within 7 days, RS Wholesalers reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be announced by RS Wholesalers after their eligibility has been confirmed.
RS Wholesalers may publish sufficient information to demonstrate that a valid prize has been awarded, subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
11. DELIVERY
RS Wholesalers will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner at the address supplied following confirmation of the win.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
12. FAIR PARTICIPATION
RS Wholesalers reserves the right to reject entries which it reasonably believes:
• have been submitted fraudulently
• use false information
• manipulate or interfere with the entry process
• breach these Terms & Conditions
• otherwise undermine the fair operation of the promotion
Automated or bulk entries submitted using scripts, bots or other automated systems are prohibited.
13. CHANGES TO THE PROMOTION
RS Wholesalers will not change the closing date or materially alter the promotion except where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary and where doing so is permitted by applicable law and advertising rules.
If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of RS Wholesalers prevent the advertised prize from being supplied, an equivalent prize may be provided where legally permitted.
14. DATA PROTECTION
Personal information supplied in connection with this prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, verify entrants, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
Information will be handled in accordance with the RS Wholesalers Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Entering the prize draw does not automatically consent an entrant to receiving marketing communications unless separate consent has been provided.
15. SOCIAL MEDIA
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify or any other social media platform.
Entrants release those platforms from responsibility in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
18. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions and the prize draw are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects an entrant's statutory rights.
